Malfas 'do' is also uncommon. Especially because of the fact that the back of his ears grow hair!
Name: Stephen Malfa
Nickname: Malfa
Number: 2
Height: 6’5”
Weight: 220 lbs
School: Oregon
NBA Comparison: Broke Man’s Tony Parker Plus Added Inches.
Background Information: Malfa is young and loaded with potential. After dominating in countless youth leagues around the Oregon area, he lost passion for the game for a while and found something new to do in substance and alcohol abuse. That all changed when he was payed a visit by Sebastian Telfair who inspired him to take up sport as an alternative to drugs. Since then, Malfa has been able to get back on track with life!
Strengths: Finds it easy to score inside with his dribble penetration. Calm shooter at the charity stripe. A fast player.
Weaknesses: A liability on the defensive end. Very foul-prone. Fundamentally sound jumper.

Knicks Could Be Interesting This Season
Steve Kerr, Yahoo! Sport
October, 24 2005
New York –The New York Knicks’ sudden face lift has got the whole league talking in the past couple of weeks leading up to the NBA season. The team hasn’t played one game this preseason as David Stern allowed them to not be in the draw for NBA exhibition games a month prior to the regular season. This effectively means two things.
A) No one in the League has seen this team play and this means that the skill level of the team is unknown.
B) They will effectively go into this next season cold without any game experience.
Therefore, the Knicks are a mystery. And they should be, as a bunch of nobodies, after all of them failed to get a look at during the draft-workout process.
Before we get onto business though, as of press time, the Knicks picked up three new players in Andrew ‘The X’ Watson, Joseph ‘Killer’ Predrajas and Flo ‘pHLo’ Ruf. This was due to the fact that two of the team members; 3th and Sac1, were suspended without pay for an incident out of the public eye. Knicks’ PR released a statement, ‘The organisation does not tolerate any public showing of affection…’ and this has caused speculation over what really happened in the team’s rented room at a downtown backpacker’s motel.
The Knicks have reported to be training hard in a local high school gym but they will be asked to stop training there in a week; after a disastrous first training session. Jugs broke a rim by jumping into it, Crunk and Jing happened to punch up one of the local students after being taunted and Conrad was accused of sneaking into the library to put copies of the Bible into the fiction section. All of those incidents happened on the first day to allow the High School to effectively terminate their lease for the courts with the Knicks.
Team captain Zmac made a case for his teammates, “You can’t blame them for having a bit of fun. It’s not like we’re adults or anything.” He stopped answering for the beat writer after Malfa and Anthoiny15 called out to him to ask him whether he wanted to burn school text books in a bonfire. Things only got worse as co-captain Sit arrived to practise drunk and Coach Rodman was no better as he arrived in female clothing and looking much disorientated.
Team owner Nas barked at his players that day but did comment to media, “These guys are only kids. You can’t expect them to grow up overnight, yo.”
These players seem like any other immature High School team and their actions from the other day really prove that but there must have been something that caught the eye of Nas when he bought the Knicks.
I don’t know what I’m going to expect from this team. Although from what I’ve heard, the new Knicks can actually play good basketball. There’s no doubt that all of these guys are gifted individually.
From what I’ve seen, I see potential. They have scorers in Sit, Zmac and Mafia. They have playmakers in Conrad, Jing and pHLo. Jugs, Anthony15 and Crunk will be forces inside on both ends of the floor. Other players who do a little bit of everything like Mark, The X, 3th, Killer, Malfa and Sac1 strengthen the team’s bench. This team has the tools to be a deep team and all they need is a bit of time to mesh and mature into young men.
This team’s development really depends on how hard the team works together on and off the basketball court. Off it, they need to become more mature and be a tad more serious. On it, all they can do is let their games talk for them. They will still remain a mystery up until their first game. I think they could become a great surprise!

hells man you know you love me
i'll make or break this team.
and i am gonna slice shaq's head off with a frisbee
I think what me and anurak got in our dynasty is professionalism, while you guys bring the humor and randomness
Fri Mar 17, 2006 1:13 am
We bring professionalism, but add humourous twists into it to keep people interested and not bored like they will be in yours

.

Lol, i'm suspended.

Oh well, i'll make a comeback soon. Great article.
BTW, talk to Jing about the CF.

X loves to shoot threes....no matter what style of shot.
Name: Andrew Watson
Nickname: The X
Number: 13
Height: 6'8"
Weight: 248 lbs
School: Boston College
NBA Comparison: One of those white players who just shoot, oh yeah, don’t forget Baker’s alcoholism!
Background Information: Acholic and Andrew Watson are basically hand in hand. They are so synonymous that Oxford had better include The X in their thesaurus any time soon. This Kiwi/Aussie actually played High School ball against Mark Moore’s old high school although the two never crossed paths. Yeah, pretty much let’s you know he’s an old bugger!
Strengths: Remembers every offensive set; it’s just sad! Automatic from behind the arc, pulls up for the triple all the time. Will beat you in almost every type of drinking drill!
Weaknesses: His inability to run fast and jump high leads us to the following story. Andrew told Sit to never ask him to jump over a telephone book. As Sit told him, ‘You’d trip over and die.’

pHLo has all the traits of a skinhead.
Name: Flo Ruf
Nickname: pHLo
Number: 9
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 172 lbs
School: Germany
NBA Comparison: On a good day, Jason Williams.
Background Information: He’s Sit’s German friend and the two are lucky that they are crossing paths once again, even if this move was orchestrated by Sit. This time, a hasty pick up by the Knicks thanks to the insistence of their ever persistent SG, pH gets to team up with the Aussie he has never physically met. Since leaving the dullness of Germany, pH has been living it up like any other German… going down to Rucker and getting schooled!
Strengths: A great offensive weapon ready to make an impact off the bench. Tough player who isn’t going to slow down any time soon. Filling water bottles.
Weaknesses: He’s skinny and weak, needs to put on some fat- Shaq-style. Isn’t the best leaper but he’s a wannabe; explains him being a VC fan. Another player who will fit right into the Knicks’ team mould, he doesn’t play defence.

Killer shows up Iverson.........'s haircut.
Name: Joseph Pedrajas
Nickname: killer_cr0ss0ver
Number: 30
Height: 6’10”
Weight: 213 lbs
School: St. Josephs HS (NJ)
NBA Comparison: Anurak
Background Information: Fancy the Knicks going out to find a player to put on their Injured Reserves list and what they come up with is, what some may see as, Sam Anurak’s stunt double! Killer is another one of those versatile, inside-outside players who plays at the power forward position. He grew up in the Philippines and that must explain why he’s been under the radar for such a long time. Now, he will get the chance to train with a pro team and develop his game.
Strengths: His inside scoring game is a combination of plenty of moves. Foot speed and agility is remarkable for a big. He can clean the boards all too well.
Weaknesses: Could work on improving his fitness. Very shy guy and that makes it hard for him to connect with anyone on the team. Can’t shoot from long range.

sac1's CF is fixed

Once thats done, i believe that Mac will jump right into games?
Is that the case partner?
Fri Mar 17, 2006 1:40 am

Fri Mar 17, 2006 1:41 am

Fri Mar 17, 2006 8:42 am

i'm sorry... but i don't think that's funny

Good shit man.
Zach Randolph suckkssss. Haha
Poor man's CB4
How did you get Killer's face to work ?
Mine is all white and looks all fugly lookin'.
Fri Mar 17, 2006 8:48 am

I can jump of a phone book with a running start

maybe it's a slight exaggeration on my behalf, but you get the idea, at my height I can't touch the rim, let alone dunk
EDIT: I think both NLSC dynasties should not compare themselves to each other, is not healthy for either one

& you don't need to worry about that X on the headband if you don't want

I can go headbandless
