Screen - Windex or other glass cleaner.
Keyboard - to get dust and crumbs out from under the keys just pop off all the kets and use some copressed air or something.
Computer - Take off the case and get the dust out with some compressed air.

What Mazz said is basically what I do, except I don't pop the keys off. Too lazy for all of that.

Vacuum cleaner in the case works well, but compressed air I'd be more comfortable with.

Take the keys off at one end of the keyboard and then hit it so that the crumbs go to that end!

YOU CAN ON,LY USE WINDEX ON CRT'S. ON LCDS WINDEX WILL RUIN MOST OF THEM!!!! USE SPECIAL PADS FOR LCD'S.
You can also buy a can of pressurized air to clean the hardware inside.

Well, I work at a pharmacy. There's a lot of 'hands-on' action, you know... especially when you 'accidentally' pop a few 'viagara'.
I could only assume that this goes on at all workplaces?
