1.) We sent her to this place called the Commonwealth Center, a place for troubled teens.
a.)They just let her do whatever the heck she wanted, and she got worse
2.)She made a couple visits back home and was a living nightmare. We did pretty much everything for her to make her feel comfortable and let her get away with almost anything, just to stop from provoking a dispute.
Well, since then she opted to come back about a month ago. My mom wanted her back, I definately did not because she's hell on feet. We got into about 2 "heated discussions" since her return. The first one was when I had to go to the bathroom and she wouldn't come out. All she was doing was puting on makeup for no particular reason(she's 15) cuz she wasn't going anywhere. Anyway, I needed 90 seconds and she wouldn't move, so instead of handling things myself I told my dad. He's like "ask nicely" and I said I already did 50 times but I went back to do it anyway. So I did and she's like "Well you're gonna have to wait" and my mom heard us arguing, so she came down.
When she came down she asked her to get out so I could go and my sister slams the door on both of our faces saying "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM THE DOOR!!" Now I don't know too many kids that get away with saying every frickin curse word imaginable to their parents, but somehow she does. Me nor my sister use profanity at all, only my dad does but not when he's around us. Anyway, when she finally came out I was kicking my basketball around, and I almost tripped over it. She's like "Don't trip" and I did one of those light back kicks or whatever, when you kick it backwards with your heal. It barely hit her in her heal when she passed me and she picked it up and said "I guess you don't need this" and headed out the door. My mom's like "Remy, don't do it, stop," etc. But I knew she was about to throw it in the road, so I came from behind and knocked it out of her arm. When I went over to pick it up out of the yard she ran at me and grabbed me from behind. I turned around immediately and picked her up by her thighs and dropped her right on her back. Now she's laying there screaming and cussing and whatnot, but I'm headed to the bathroom.
About 2 days later (this is why my parents have very little control on her) she refused to go to school. I asked my dad about it, since he was awake (this is about 7:25 am) and he went upstairs to her room to see what the deal was. I went in the bathroom, came out and I hear her saying "Get off me! Get the fuck off me! Get the hell away from me!" Well, I decided to leave because the bus comes at 7:30 but I decided to come back in just to see if anything happened. Well I heard silence and started wondering, but I had to leave. What happened was my dad went up there to see and when he came in she said something along the lines of "Get the fuck out of my room" or "Leave me the fuck alone!" My dad isn't quite like my mom and doesn't appreciate his children talking like that to him, so he reached up and grabbed her by her shoulders. (She's on a top bunk in a bunk bed) She started screaming (hence the "Get off me!") and kicked my dad in the head. Then he bitchslapped her in the face, and that was that. Well, when my dad does anything, my mom has to call Child Services. She did, but fortunately nothing happened to my dad.
The second one came during ASW, on Friday. I wanted to record the celebrity game, then the rookie challenge. I asked her a couple times, even freed up both of our computers so she could do something else, but she refused. Now, we have a TV and VCR in the living room (where I wanted to go), a TV in the office (where the PCs are) and she has a TV and VCR in her room(with cable). I'm like "You got a frickin TV in your room, why don't you go up there???" She was watching Spongebob and shit, gimme a break. She kept being a bitch and cussing and shit like "Well, I'm watchin TV! I don't wanna get on the fuckin computer!" Well, our TV in the living room has surround sound, so I switched the input from the TV to the VCR, turned the VCR on and turned to ESPN where the game was. Now she's watching spongebob but can't hear because the game's in the background. Now she's really livid and shit, screamin and carryin on. So she took the remote and kept cutting the VCR off, so I set a tape box infront of the little LCD screen so it would block the signal from the remote, and sat there infront of it too. She got pissed off now and is yellin at me and my mom, but I'm trying as hard as I can to restrain myself. Then she called one of her "Therapists" and is like "I'm losing it, its not funny anymore. I can't control myself, I'm about to fuckin stab someone." And shit like that. So she's on the phone and picks up a box of my NFL (american football) cards. I'm watching her the whole time, sitting in a chair infront of the VCR. She starts looking at it, this box has 440 cards in it, so it's about 5 lbs or so. She then threw it at me! My mom was like "What did you do that for?!?!" and I jumped straight up and was about to beat the fuck outta her. The good Lord held me back (lol) and I didn't swing. She got up angrily, through the phone and remote down on the floor and slammed the door and left. Keep in mind she is only 15, it's 8 pm and dark, and we live in a pretty rural environment, so there's nowhere she can really go. My mom was really pissed, but decided she better go out and find her. Her therapist picked her up and was at the police station. Me, my mom, and my dad figured she'd be gone for a long time, back in the Commonwealth Center or in Juvie or something worse.
Well, she ended up back at the Commonwealth Center and it turns out, once you turn 15 years old, you can sign yourself out!
I was so pissed it wasn't funny. She came back the next day too, because she's like "Where will I go if you don't let me back" and as merciful as my mom is, she let her back. Since then, about 5 weeks or so, she's been to school about 7 days. I know she prolly won't pass this year as a freshman, so that's her fault. It'll comeback and haunt her in a year or so.Well, since then we've been VEEEEEEEERY lenient, she uses her profanity 24/7, nothing we can do. My mom's like "Stop saying that stuff" and my sister's like "Fuck! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" And we can't do anything about it. She don't go to school either as I said, she stays up until 3 or 4 am and complains about being tired. She drinks Red Bull energy drink (aka Chuck Norris's urine) like its water, she's been through a whole 4 pack in about 4 hours today. Yesterday on our way to Wal-Mart she's like "Mom, I'm fat, I need to lose weight." 2 minutes later she's like "Can we go to Burger King?"
She don't excercise, do sports, or anything at that fact except use the computer and talk on the phone all day.Well last night was another gallon of gasoline in the fire. We went to Wal-Mart and on the way she's blasting this shitass punk rock music, the kind where the guys are screamin into the mic saying gibberish with the loud music. While we were there my mom bought her a crap load of stuff. Boxers (I swear she has more than me), regular women's underwear, hair stuff, makeup, other clothes, pictures, etc. Instead of appreciating it, when we left she decides to be an obstreperous little thundercunt and acts like a 25 cent ho on the way back. I'm trynna listen to some Chamillionaire and she's like "turn it down! turn it down!" My mom screamed about 6 times as we left the parking lot. We got about 3/4s of the way home and my mom had to stop at food-lion to get some bread. When she went in everything was cool until my sister got a phone call. She's like "Turn that music down" so I did and she called us dickheads to her little buddy on the phone. Then I turned the music back up louder and she got out and stood by the door and talked on the phone. When my mom came out she almost didn't notice her, then said something to her. She still wouldn't budge, and said that she wasn't getting back in the van. After about 10 minutes she pissed my mom off enough that my mom got back in and left her and went home. She then called about 5 people to go down and pick her up, but couldn't get anybody. My mom then went back down there thinking I was prolly the problem and the little bitch still refused to get in. I shrugged it all off and about 30 minutes later she came back. Turns out an older man hit on her and she decided she better leave.
Don't get me wrong, she's no model, she's about 5'2 and weighs about 170 or so. Dresses like a punk rocker/skater and hardly ever does her hair.Well, I wanted to watch Through the Fire, the Sebastion Telfair documentary and she wouldn't move. My mom tried to get her to go but she wouldn't which pisses me off. That's why I'm posting on here right now, I've spent like an hour typing this shit up. But I only have a little patience left. I think either 1 of 2 things need to happen. One, that she gets into the "system", jail or juvenile detention or someone just beats the hell out of her. She's on her way to learning everything the hard way.
Apparently she fronts like 50 cent or something, says she smokes, drinks, etc. I know she has before, but I don't know how much or how often she does. I want her ass to get out of here, I loved being the only child. She was in her little place and my older sister's in college in Oklahoma now.
Anybody got any suggestions or ideas to stop me from spilling a little blood? At the way it's looking, I may be the only one here that can stand up to her without any legal reprocussions. If my dad even messes with her, she can flip the script and say she was abused.
