42 minute  and to think I still get annoyed at old Metallica's 5 minute instrumental intro's.

How bout adding "reggae" to the thread title? Triple R.

Matt or anyone else who dug the Black Uhuru songs, check out Sinsemilla also by Black Uhuru.

Another great reggae band is Steel Pulse, Hinds is a fricking genius.

Anyone interested in buying a 512MB mp3 player ? Only had it for a few months, and its still in as new condition.

By the way I reccomend everyone to check out Delta's debut album Lostralian, one of my favourite all time aussie releases no doubt.

You know what.

One day i was looking for music to add to an upcoming NBL patch for NBA Live 2003. I searched Australian Hip Hop, because i thought it was appropriate. I came to a site of Free mp3 downloads, and a list of artists. I picked one at random (Hilltop Hoods), and downloaded a bunch of songs. A few years later they become the most widely known rap group in australia! :o

By the way, to answer your question, i don't mind them as a bit of atmospheric party music. I would never buy their CD and sit down and listen to it though.

Some of their stuff is classic, "Nosebleed Section", and "The Sentinel" are worth listening to. They don't put on the fake american voices and shit like that which is why their so good.

Yeah, one of the sole reasons i respect them. They don't buy into the whole "we're gonna put a bullet through yo head, then we're gonna fuck some ho's" scene. They're not dickheads. They're just into having a good time and making music that they love.

I reckon their aussie accents actually sounds good too, when you get used to it, which i didn't expect.

Have you heard of Terra Firma? Next big hip hop act in Australia, they made a track called 'The Night The Heavens Cried' about their close friend who died..its a good track. His sister sings in it too i think. Check em out, they are getting pretty popular here.

Chemistry by 9th Wonder & Buckshot is just amazing. What an album, can't stop listing. Money Makes The World Go Round is just an amazing track.

I was dissapointed by 9th's production...he needs to change up his styles at times.

If he produces a whole album, I always love the first 4 or so tracks then they start getting all too similar.
