Sweet thanks man. Can you just explain to me on how to do these:

Close grip/Wide grip bench press
Hammer curls
Lateral Pulldowns
Seated Rows
Tricep Pulldowns
Chest Fly
3x8 (3 sets of 8 reps each)
Leg Extensions/Curls
Calf Raises
Straight Leg deadlift(do it with light weight, its more for the stretch)
Leg Press/Leg Sled

Like I said Im relativley new, Im not sure what those are. Thanks alot man.

Well are you at a weightroom or are you lifting at your house? Most of those require machines.

as per my physique...i used to be a big work out dude during my teens..but i've since lost interest. I only work out once in a blue...so ive lost alot of tone...got a lil belly...but the muscles are still there for some reason. I bench like 250 easy still....people tell me im built like a football player and i should join the NFL... i wish i could.

PS...thats me in my sig..with a little green tone added.
