if i have scouted them (i only scout people with good, average or excellent potential) and they seem good, I might pick them but Rider really fits in with my team

NBA Draft
As the 30th pick drew closer, Rolf Rider had still not been picked, neither had Ben Vuu, Stanton or Khufu. The four main prospects for Milwaukee were all still available, and the Bucks GM knew who he would choose.
With the 30th pick, the Milwaukee Bucks chose Rolf Rider. The three point specialist with speed almost matching that of T.J. Ford, he will fit perfectly into the Bucks team.
The members of Milwaukee sat holding their breath as one by one, players were chosen to go to their appropriate teams. Once more, Ben Vuu, Khufu and Stanton all had not been chosen as the final pick drew nearer.
Suddenly, fate was decided. Denver chose Dia Khufu with their pick in the draft. Milwaukee had to choose between Ben Vuu and Cassius Stanton.
As the final pick of the 2006-07 NBA draft came, Milwaukee chose Ben Vuu, the 7'5" phenomenon from Thailand to become a valued member of the Bucks.
Since no one knows who the created rookies are... there is no reason to find out who picked who etc...

Nice nice, you got Rider like you wanted. I can't believe Vuu fell to where you were. You got lucky. Gj with the draft.
Sun Feb 05, 2006 4:38 pm
Yeh I really didnt think I would get him, but his potential was only rated as average, so I'll put it down to that
Sun Feb 05, 2006 5:07 pm
Great work, I had Rolf Rider in one of my dynasties, he was pretty good. I also like the 7'5" dudes, they look cool, could you give us their stats? Wanna see if the big guy can make a contribution or will just have to be trained up.
Sun Feb 05, 2006 5:12 pm
I will post the stats ASAP, right now I'm on my laptop and I dont have NBA live on this comp, but in about 2 hours I should have it.

Milwaukee ReSignings
Six players from Milwaukee became unrestricted free agents at the end of the season. These players were Michael Redd, Dan Gadzuric, Steven Hunter, Eddie House, Josh Davis and Esteban Batista. Batista and Davis were both informed they would not be returning to Milwaukee to play again in the 06-07 season.
Michael Redd was excited to be offered another contract to play for Milwaukee, happy to be playing for a team that was on the way up, destined for a playoff spot in the next season. He accepted his contract of $41.61mil over the next 6 years.
Dan Gadzuric felt the same as Michael Redd about the Bucks future, and accepted his $12mil contract without quarels.
Sadly, Steven Hunter and Eddie House did not feel the same as Michael Redd and Dan Gadzuric. Both these players felt they were deserving of a starting place, and knowing they would not get it here in Milwaukee, they rejected the contracts offered in search of a better deal.

gREAT coverage lax
good job with the draft
and you got redd and gadzuric
i think eddie and steven leaving is a blesing for your two rookies
rider will fit right in to your team with his shooting ( his ratings are pretty good)
and vuu can develop and get some PT with hunter gone
cant wait till the free agent signings and what trades you might pull off
keep it up
Mon Feb 06, 2006 1:09 am
rider can become a shooter in about 1-3 years
Mon Feb 06, 2006 6:00 am
Great picks man! Good re-signing recap too. Sucks that Steven and Eddie won't return.
Mon Feb 06, 2006 8:33 am
good signings!

JULIAN Vuu was rookie of the year in my Lakers dynasty after year 1. 75 overall, 1st pick. we won the championship that year, and the next, and the next. Then I got bored and quit :p
Too bad about Hunter and House, they rock!
Jugs, you suck d*ck.

It is sort of good that house and hunter left, definately for the rookies anyway, hopefully rider and vuu are able to fill the gap.
The free agent signings should be up soon, they're awesome

Free Agents
There were a few major players who chose not to resign with their previous team. The biggest of them all was the pylon in defence, Ben Wallace. Ben was unhappy with the teams production in the 05-06 season, saying "We should have done a lot better. Flip obviously wasn't the right coach for us ... We couldn't even get through the first round of the playoffs." Ben Wallace will join other players such as Damon Jones in the Free Agent market.
Whilst all teams are likely to offer Ben Wallace a contract, the teams who he is likely to sign with are "any team that is on the way up, I dont have any preferences right now ... Money is not the big issue here, I want to play where I will enjoy myself." (Ben Wallace, press conference.)
Milwaukee Signings
Right from the get-go, Milwaukee had been scouting two undrafted prospects. Defensively minded rookies who can hold down the opposition if they go on a streak. These two players are Oliver Pierce and Johnson Bollo. Oliver Pierce seems to be cut out of the same mould as Andre Iguodala. He has a huge vertical leap, and is one of the best perimeter defenders in college going around.
Both Pierce and Bollo were offered the rookie minimum, 385k deals, and both players accepted.
Please welcome Oliver and Johnson to Milwaukee, they will be important in the teams playoff run this coming season.
Hopefully for Milwaukee, the rest of the Free Agent signing period goes as well and smoothly as this.
Milwaukee has been in contact with Ben Wallace's agent and has offered him a deal.
Bollo and Pierce
Johnson Bollo is a quick defender, a player who can lockdown an offensive player, however unfortenately he in enept at playing offence, the reason why he was not taken in the draft.
Oliver Pierce is also a defender, however he is not quick. In fact he is extremely slow. He is able to hold a scorer to single digit points, and has done so many times during college. He has alot more offence than Pierce, being a good shooter and dunker.

Hey Laxation...I don't know if you're able to...but before you get any further, is it still possible to get your end of season pstat file? Your last contribution was during mid-season and I wasn't able to catch up with you until you were now in the off season. You should still be able to go into Stat Central... ...love to find out how Bogut eventually ended the season!
