how to edit players

hi yall. im new here and im wonderin how can i edit free agents and new players on patches. i know this info is in the players.dbf archive but i dont know how to edit. plz some patcher or anyone who know help me. thx

im sorry but someone can be more precise. ive downloaded dbcommander but i dunno how to use it correctly. openin the players.dbf i had seen there are players who dont appear in the game. also theres the spanish national team there but i can play with them neither see the players. it seems to be somehow locked. how can i unlock it?

I think it's impossible. I believe it's supposed ot be for the Spanish version of NBA Live.
