i would like customs teams to get to franchise like in 2000

I'm not too optimistic about custom teams being in NBA Live 2004 - I feel it would have been announced by now. Mind you, it could be one of those things that have been included and isn't being used to sell the game. We can't say for sure yet, but I don't think we should get our hopes up all the same.
