Help picking a new PS2 game

True Crime: Streets of NY
Well I was thinking about getting this game like 500 times, but never actually did it. I was gonna rent it from blockbuster but I owe like $40 there, so it'd be cheaper just to buy the game.

The thing is the game's got mixed reviews, so I dont really want to spend $30 on it and determine it's a piece of shit and wasted $30.

Burnout Revenge

This game looked pretty slick, I played the demo in Madden 06 and was really surprised at how it came from Burnout 3. The graphics look amazing and the gameplay is mad fun, but I haven't shelled out the money yet. Is it worth buying?

NCAA Football 06
EAs college football game that has me interested a little in it. I've played the XBox version and like it, plus its $30 right now, so I'm considering it. The only thing is I like playing sports games in season, and college football has ended now. Plus, I'm into Madden moreso now then I was when I first got it.

Batman Begins
Don't laugh at me yet. I played this at BestBuy and really like what I saw for about 15 minutes. The action is pretty good and finding multiple ways of doing something/getting around obsticles is cool too. Plus I really like the "fear factor" thing it's got, it plays in well like in the movie.

I'll take other suggestions too, I'm getting kinda bored here.

burnout revenge... though not as fun because now you can simply ram through cars, which takes out the tenseness of trying to avoid them while getting hit from your opponents.

but its a great great game, if you dont get that, then get true crime. it is really good game as well..

batmas begins.. it was decent game, not amazing. ncaa, meh

Burnout gets boring after a very short while. I'd say True Crime, would have more longevity.

Streets of NY is much better than LA if that's wat ur worried about-get it, it's really good, theres much more variety in the missions and theres even real cars(just havn't got the real badges) u can go into any shop u like in the whole game and rob their asses

pretty sure it does(not finished yet) but the missions are definately have more variety-i just did this mission in an opera House where there was this crazy lady or supthing who was tryin to assasinate the opera singer. in LA it was either fight to the death or shoot to the death
