Yeah. Do the pen tool work, double the resolution of the image. Then make selection-->feather: 1 px and delete the rest. Then put the res. back down to orignal.

And wankster, maybe you should check before you post. You can't feather at increments. It's 1 pixel, 2 pixel, 3 pixel, etc.

how do i change the resolution like where

Go to Image>Size>Resize Image and make it twice as big.

well it dont make a differance fo me if you save the pic as a png it will be fine
