The Toolkit can be downloaded - MS Access cannot be downloaded legally. If you have MS Access 97 or MS Access 2000 (part of the Microsoft Office package), you can download the appropriate version of the Toolkit.

thank you for all your help i'm just going to uninstall the game and install 2000 and make fictional teams and players.i'm so tired of playing franchises and seeing 4 years down the road someone like jason terry have a 94 for a fg rating and still only scoring 11 or 12 points a game simulated.

Well, if there's only a few players you want to udpate, you could just use one of the editors to update the DSTATS for the players of your choice.

i didn't want to have to buy a editor like ms access and all real players are messed up in franchise with dstats, steve nash and baron davis average 8 points and 4 assists a game for their whole career and kobe and iverson average 30 points a game long after they got old and slowed down.

Fair enough. It is a problem for people who don't have Microsoft Access, since DB Commander is not as user-friendly, and the Toolkit, while a free download, requires MS Access to run.

when you buy a game for $40 you don't expect to have to spend 3 or 4 months off and on to try to fix the games problems.i sim franchises because the game is so unplayable manually.the computer can't fast break, there are 60 to 70 rebounds each a game 30 of which are offensive, the primacy rating doesn't work because you play against 76ers and tyrone hill takes more shots than iverson, dstats prevent the real players from progressing, injuries are not realistic and only 1 player at a time per team is injured, top flight free agents in their prime sign for the minimum with the same team even tho other teams have enough money to sign them, you can't trade draft picks and eaSports didn't have any patches to fix anything.i am sorry for raving but i have been trying to fix things with this game since jan.i got 2003 for xmas but can't play it because my video card is old and i have been unemployed since thanxgiving and i don't want to blow savings on a computer until i find a job.

You decide, man.
But some problems you've mentioned above can be solved by roster patches (others present in Live 2000 as well)

Peace!
