i remember simming a rockets dynasty for fun, i traded yao, wesley and sura, an d got chris paul and i released alston, i didnt win as much but T-Mac was averaging 35 PPGjust something to think about lol

You gotta run more plays, try different things, McGrady can't do it all. Try and find your team's strengths on offence (Yao = tall, McGrady = good)
And trade some of those old farts, except Mutombo, keep him so he retires and you get some cap space.

P.S. Now I really need a back-up SF young and with potential . I would like to have in my team players like Travis Outlaw from Portland or even rookie Gerald Green from Boston but I can't seem to find a trade that will be accepted by the other team Do you have any ideas? Or do you know any other players who could suit to my description?

Try Juwan Howard for James Posey, Heat should be really interesting in PF position
Although he hasn't good potential but he will do great for you from the bench
