Crashing problem!

Every time I am playing a Dynasty in Live 2000 and I go to sim through a few weeks NBA Live 2000 Crashes to desk top with no error message.
It was not doing this until a few days ago and I have not installed any extra patches?

Help!

I can see this causing some confusion when Live 2004 is released. For some, it's Dynasty Mode, and for everyone else it will be Franchise Mode.

Have you edited the DBF at all? Do you have any players whose primary and secondary positions are not "adjacent" (eg small forward and point guard or vice versa)? That's a common cause of DBF related crashes in NBA Live 2000. This problem was fixed in subsequent Lives, but remains a nuisance in Live 2000.

No to all questions, that is what irritates me, I have not edited the DBF at all, the only modifications made were blotch updating it for player updates and now NBA Live 2000 freezes all the time which makes me pretty upset.

It also crashes if I attempt to create a new league via Fantasy Draft with an error message about Draft.C

Could these be errors in Bens Roster file?

And has anyone worked on a new roster? if so I could try to help out

The good old trick might be to reinstall the game and remove all roster patches

I did that and it worked
