Consider me undecided. I don't believe the sound track should be the selling point of a basketball game, so I don't really have an opinion one way or the other. I haven't really had anything negative to say about any of the Live sound tracks (except that song in Live 2002).
I guess it would be best if we had a mix of the two - that way, everyone's satisfied.
ya i think hip-hop is music for basketball because at any arena all they really play is rap so it should be in the game but it really doesnt make a diffrence on how good the game is

Nope, it doesn't... but basketball and rap music just stick together... that combo get's you the right "feel"!
what thug said. Playing ball too alternative and rock as kolokoy said just doesn't work. I forget what the live orchastra was, please refresh me. I remember back on 2000 they had some good songs (all i know by Rahzel is all that comes to mind, think ill play that now) on it. And what song on 2002 are u refering to andrew?
I think it'll be more easier if u can just download your favorite songs onto the game and customize the play percentage of each song like on NBA Live '99 and 2000.
the ingame music for this years game (2003) is perfect
EA used the same dull ass ingame music for like 4 years straight 97-2001.
they need to keep Just Blaze as there main dude doin the music
he is a good producer and his style of beats fit the game perfectly
