Boston Assign Gerald Green To The NBDL

The Boston Celtics have decided to send 18th pick Gerald Green to the NBDL and play for the Florida Flame
"We have sent Green down to get used to playing basketball, and when he gets more expierence in the NBDL
we will call him up and see where we can fit him in the team" Mathew Simioni Said

"Well I am going to enjoy playing some quality minutes in the NBDL because I knew I want be getting any minutes
straight away for this team, but i have spoken to the GM and Doc and they are exited that they picked me up
and looking at a great future" Green Said

looks like you took up the team I suggested :P

I have a good feeling about this one....please hold onto Paul Pierce and retire his number....and develop guys like Delonte West and Al Jefferson, and add some more pieces....I hope you can deal guys like Blount and to a lesser extent, LaFrentz....I'd probably hold onto Raef but send Blount out the door....

Yeh i will develop West Jefferson & Perkins, ill hold on to Pierce if i get the chance and a good trade ill send Blount out see what happends thanks for reading

Celtics Boxscore | Knicks Boxscore

[ BOSTON, Nov. 2 (Ticker) ] The Boston Celtics started there first match of the season with a 96-94 win
over the new looked NewYork Knicks, In a very close battle it was a shoot around between Paul Pierce &
Stephon Marbury Each having 10 points in the opening frame of the match.

In the 2nd QTR the Boston Celtics were running away with the game as Pierce and Davis lead the way to
cap a 26-17 QTR and held a 11 point lead at the half. In the 3rd QTR the New York Knicks had to fight there
way back into the game and they did just that they got some good minutes from Trevor Ariza who had
6 straight points for the Knicks to cap a 8-0 run to end the 3rd QTR

In the last QTR Delonte West & Paul Pierce said to them selves were not going to lose this game, West had 8 last QTR
Points a 4 big Rebounds to keep the game close in the last minute of play both teams trading buckets and at 94 apiece
Ricky Davis stole the ball and gave Paul Pierce the last chance to win the game and he did just that hitting a 16 foot
jumper with 3 seconds left on the clock to defeat the Knicks and give Boston there first win

"Coach said dont foul anyone on this play and Ricky Davis went for the steal and it payed off, it was a thrill when
my shot landed im just glad we got this win" Pierce Said Who had 34 Points on 16-19 Shooting
