You're not going to beat the Nets either.

Well, you could look at this two ways. The Raptors and the Nets are different ball clubs when they played back in December. In December, the Raptors were considered like pushovers and now they're starting to turn the corner. Mike James has been terrific and Bosh is just amazing, not to mention Mo Pete and Charlie V. Team chemistry is really starting to kick in too. The Nets on the other hand, have more defined roles now. Vince Carter is the primary scorer and J-Kidd main playmaker. Vince is also coming off that December player of the Month. The Nets also have a more solid rotation (Lamond Murray is ACTUALLY PLAYING)Both teams I think have improved since their last meeting. We're 1-1 with them right now. Should be a fun game to watch.
But right now, lets just focus on the Rockets and Raptors. I think we have a good chance to win it. The Rockets got Rafer back but should be a bit tired coming off a back to back from Cleveland against King James. The Rockets are still missing key players due to injury, and if we could lock up T-Mac like we did on their court, I think we should be fine.
C'mon Raptors..5 in a Row!!

drunkmofo123 wrote:back to the houston-toronto game, this is winnable, considering how we almost completely shutdown tmac (though he had 11 assists that game, and they didnt have alston). once again, we have to take it to their front court, yao isnt in their lineup so that helps. however, we cant take dikembe mutombo lightly, the guy can still block and rebound. i say that the winner is determined by the end of the first half, but will not be a blowout.

I will be the happiest fan alive if the Raptors win the CHampionship.. or atleast make the playoffs.

lol calm down hipn. Championship's a little too far, but playoffs i think is a possibility. The Celtics are the 8th spot right now and they're like 13-18. Orlando, Washington and Chicago are all on slides, so from now till April, anything is possible. But Championship..calm down bro
