How can I...

Get abs? I mean 6pack not a keg. I mean crunches or situps? And what muscles and exercises do I have to do to get real defined abs?

Ok.. I have some plates (weights) and I use them while doing crunches... I do 3 sets of 30 reps every night, is that good? And if so how long should I do it for? I mean How many weeks?

That should be fine, of course the more you can do the better. Make sure you do them nice and slow and go all the way up and back down, and do them until you get the results you want. And if you got a little belly in front of those abs you need do get running and lose it or it won't matter what is underneath.

Do it if you want wider side obliques.

Even if it's in front of two guys he jumps so high on fadeaways it doesn't matter. He's got so many resources, it's easy for him to take 35 shots. If I was his teammate, I wouldn't care."

not necessarily- you want to keep the ab region flexed throughout the exercise so don't go all the way down

So you go almost down right? I mean someone told me that in a gym (not a trainer, but a person that goes there), and it worked lol. So I should go all the way down?

I was just trying to make the point that he should use the full range of motion. But keeping your shoulder blades up is good.

But if you're fat, i reckon you should o it in your bed for a while. it would probably be tough to do em in a hard surface.

lie on a bench thing like where you do a bench press, or anywhere you can get elevated. Then leave about half your ass off not supported by the bench/table etc and straighten out ur legs, lift slowly and lower slowly, do as many as you can each time.
