Didn't you say you haven't seen him play?

Is this really a player you want to get rid off??? Especially when players like Marbury etc. are considered "point guards"... In this day and age, Diaw would be a very good fit for any team... He has some moves to put the ball through the hoop, but that's not his inclination... I think he thrives in the third/fourth string role of which Joe Johnson was so desperate to get out of...

JJ really dropped the ball last summer, but it's all good for Diaw that he did! D'Antoni is looking like a genious... He could be heading for another coach of the year award if Amare can't produce like he did at once and they still win a whole bunch of games...

Last night, Diaw and Nash combined for 25 assists... If they can keep this up to atleast some level, like getting 18-20 a night, Phoenix will be rolling again... They're doing it again and they don't even have Amare...

what happened in atl? they've been looking for a good pg since mookie blaylock

Diaw isn't exactly built like a point guard... He is big and he ain't that fast or explosive... And I think he would have trouble getting past and guarding some of the quicker point guards in this league... That could be his only down fall...

Jason Terry was one of those "shoot first, ask questions later" kinds of guards. JT isn't a good fit for a point guard, he is more of a shooting guard.

I haven't actually seen him play, but I've gathered my information from other sources... Intelligent and unselfish players are rare finds these days... But are some of the most important players to have around... If they can make the stars game a little easier then his worth is his weight in gold. A good supporting cast is as important as are the stars skills and abilities... For example, look at LeBron's situation... He's been going against double and triple teams his first two seasons and now he finally has some help that actually draw defenders to them and thus LeBron is finding it easier to score.

Has anyone asked LeBron, is the game any easier now than it was in his first two seasons??? I think someone should ask him that...

I still think he might be a bit of a "show pony" though...which is Charles Barkley's term for players that get great stats but don't know how to win basketball games yet.

But he's not expected to at all. The third or fourth scoring option on a team doesn't get an iso at the end of a game. He may not be able to win a game, but it is irrevlevant.
