The Nets played their 1st game with out all-star PG Jason Kidd and things did not go well. New Jersey started out strong leading at the end of the 1st Qrt but fell apart in the 4th allowing the Nuggets to score 26 points compared to the Nets 17. Vince Carter played well for the Nets leading all scorers with 37 points, Jeff McInnis had a terrible game as a starter scoring only 2 points and going 0-8 from the floor.

Nice wins man, good coverage, it stinks that you lost Jason Kidd, that will be a major loss, I hope you can still win some games without him.

GM Bailey4mvp continued to shake up his New Jersey Nets Roster today pulling the Trigger on a trade 6 player deal.

With Jason Kidd out for 5 weeks and the only true point guard on the team Jeff McInnis not filling in as well as had hoped. GM Bailey traded all - star SF Richard Jefferson and McInnis to Minnesota for SF Wally Szczerbiak, F-C Eddie Griffen and G Rashad McCants.

Jefferson was the 2nd leading scorer on the Nets averaging 16.1 points and 8.5 rebounds per game but had ben in a form slup over the last 6 games. Szczerbiak is averaging 24.6 PPG as well as 7 rebounds and 2.3 assist per game.

McCants will take over the PG role why Kidd is out and will be 6th man when Kidd returns.

Wally Szczerbiak will take over Jefferson's SF position and Eddie Griffin will start from the bench at first and then may become the starting PF.

GM Bailey4mvp pulled the trigger on a deal today that will help the Nets front court.

Jamaal Magloire was added from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for talented swingman Antonio Wright and back up center Marc Jackson.

“It’s a real shame we had to part with Wright, he is a real up and comer but we just thought our Center position was a bit thin and when you can get a former All-Star still in his prime for so cheap it was just to good to pass up” said GM Bailey4mvp.

Daniel Santiago was also acquired in the trade but will be waived as soon as he passes his physical.
