National Teams Roster V1.4 is out!

I updated the NT roster: Please read the Readme for the list of changes. There were many changes, as well as 5 new players.

I also updated the NBA Logolegal screen to add the new Cav's logo.

I have uploaded these to Alex, he should post it on the New National Teams site as soon as he has the time.
