Naw, most of the muscle is in my legs. Otherwise though, I have an average frame :D

I went to check out NO today, and realized that they're expensive! One month supply would be $80 Cdn :shock: If it's going to be that expensive, it should do something, but I rather do some more research first. Let me know how NO works out for you.

Crunches are that you go half way

Sit-ups is you go full

That aint really clear but you'll understand I guess.

Can someone gimme the low down on what amino acid pills are ? My friend wants me to take em but I don't know what they do actually.

Do crunches. Sit-ups are overrated and not good for your back. The thing with crunches is that you actually isolate your abs, but when you're doing sit-ups, you bring your back and legs into play, which isn't what you want.

I think it's another name for Glutamine, which assists in muscle recovery.

If you have knowledge of the basics of bodybuilding, then it would be beneficial, but I would put whey protien and creatine ahead of glutamine.

So sit-ups is going from the back on the ground to the chest to the knees or legs or w/e. And crunches is doing the samw thing just half way to the knee, am I right?


Sorta, except with crunches, you have to actually focus on the abs "flexing" rather than using your neck or shoulders to help you up. Your abs should naturally "crunch" which would only bring your shoulders and part of your back up. You should feel a burn to your abs even after 10 slow repetitions.

Sets are? one set contains the number of repetitions
Reps are? one rep equals one complete "motion" of for example, one curl = 1 rep. Do between 6-10 reps of the heaviest weight you can do to complete one set. Do 2-3 sets per exercise.
Bicycle kicks are? you lie on the ground you pretend you're riding a bike, it really, really works the abs.
Torso twists are? You hang onto a bar above you and you pull your knees towards your abs on both your left and right sides.

You should start by getting more weights, I'd recommend PowerBlocks for convenience and bang for the buck and a bench to start off with. Read the first page for additional stuff on exercise and nutrition, and keep reading at www.abcbodybuilding.com ... just read lots there becuase you have lots to learn! Or get a good book. PM me if you want a list of books.

Well I might get new weights, but now I only have 15lbs weights and I started working out 2months ago and how many times should I lift my wieghts per day and how long per day to get bigger muscles and get more strength.

What do I have to do to gain hops so I can jump higher, rightn ow my vertical is only 21''-23' and I want to go to 27''-30''. What do I have to do and how long will it take? Im thinkin in the summer Im going to run every morning, and lift weights every 2nd day and work on my abs every day or so.

For increase in vertical, go for plyometrics. Don't neglect weight training, though, it helps.

Ok, like I said, I have 15lbs weights at home. Ive been lifting them for a month and a half now and my bisepts or w/e have gotten bigger, but how do I get them harder, and I mean like rock hard or atleast very hard, and how do I impove my stength?

How do I train my chest or w/e I want a bigger chest, not talking about titties, im talking bout you know...ummm w/e how do I train my chest?
