Because either we don't have a config powerful enough to play the game or we're too angered by the glitches of the latest version of the game? Because Live 2000 is cool enough?

Why are people always convinced that the latest version is forced to be the best? Did anyone learn the lesson from Live 2001 and Live 2003?

live 2000 is not even comparable to 06. its WAY BETTER!

yes ppl still play it. I play old nba live's for the old roster. If I wanted to play with the new roster I play 06 cuz playing with the roster on live 2000 is kinda goofy why would you want to do that.

In your dreams! :mrgreen: NBA Live 2000 & 2001 are the best. Just because the graphic engine in 06 is better, doesn't mean it is an overall better game then 2000. I don't think you've played 2000 that much. If you have maybe you just don't like it...lol! :D

Look, if the game still alive nowadays, it means that it's SO DAMN COOOOOL!!! If you see www.nba-live.com's polls, you'll see that NBA Live 2000 it's the most played one, after the current version, year after year.
By the way, you need a really powerful machine to play '06.

Yea... I have a poweful machine but I don't want to buy it. It will always be there. I have Live 98,99,00,01,02,03,04,05! :D That is probably enough basketball games for me.
