This doesnt make sense- fired for this?

Ok so I'm doing a dynasty with the Hawks. I wanted to take a bad team and lead them far. I have like two losing seasons (I think I made the playoffs 1 of them). Then, I win the NBA championship. And I get fired. I think it's a pretty bad flaw.

A GM would never get fired if his team won the title, he'd quit or stay.

Even if he just made the playoffs i dont think it would be highly likely
