yeh it is always first two letters of first name the first 5 letters of surname but if his surname doesnt reach 5 letters you replace the gaps with _
ie CHBOSH_

NAROBIN... Also you can put the PKG you want, It musn't be always the two first letters of first name and the five first letters of the surname, 'cos if I don't remember a guy used the first three letters of first name and the four first letters of surname for a PKG...
