Two sigs in one. Meaning just "attach" the bottom part to the current sig you have.

I don't know who could do it for you. I've heard rumours though, apparently there is this guy browsing the forums that's pretty good with Photoshop.

I think his first name starts with C and his last name is Sharp. Maybe there's an *olin in there somewhere.

I think he means just two sigs combined together, one on top of the other
Or you could make two sigs next to each other that are half the size of a regular one, and it would be the size of a regular one but two sigs
