NCAA Football 2006 Xbox EA Sports - changing conference

In the 2004 version, I was in the WAC conference. I did well for about 4 seasons, and the game invited me to join the PAC-10.

In 2006 version, I have done very well for 4 season, when will I get invited to join a stronger conference? The WAC is now just a blowout match - as I get better. I don't want to change the ratings. I just want to be able to move ahead.

Is there something I need to do in the 2006 version?
