Training Camp Results And Sending Out The Scout

Training Camp Results

Cosmo Gallagher

I Am Pleased With The Progress Of Toni Kukoc. He Has Improved His Free Throw Shooting, Blocking Ability And Defensive Awarness.

Ervin Johnson Seems To Be Progressing Along, He Has Improved In His Defensive Rebounding And Blocking Ability. I Think There Might Still Be Room To Grow.

I've Finished Working With Michael Redd And He Has Shown Improvement In His 3 Point Shooting (OH DEAR), Blocking Ability, Defensive Awarness And Jumping.

I've Finished Working With Desmond Mason And He Has Shown Improvement In His Blocking Ability.

I've Just Come Back From Working With Maurice Williams. He Has Improved His Dunking, Blocking Ability, Defensive Rebounding And Strength. I Still See More Potential.

I've Finished Working With Andre Barrett And He Has Shown Improvement In His Mid Range Shooting, Stealing Ability And Blocking Ability.

TJ Ford Seems To Be Progressing Along, He Has Improved In His Free Throw Shooting, Stealing Ability, Blocking Ability And Quickness (Could He Be Anymore Quick?). I Think There Might Be Room To Grow.

I Am Pleased With The Progress Of Michael Redd. He Has Improved In His Blocking Ability And Defensive Rebounding.

I've Just Come Back From Working With Reece Gaines. He Has Improved In His Offensive Rebounding And Defensive Awarness. I Still See More Potential.

Sending Out The Scout

Antawn Toure

Even Though My Scouts Ability Is Less Than Impressive I Have Sent Him Out Into The World To Find Me My Power Forward Which I Have Vowed To Draft To Join Andrew Bogut At The Front Court. But This Draft Class Is Less Than Impressive Also With A Very Weak Draft Depth Rating. There Are 4 PF's In The Top 10 In The Draft So All Is Not Lost Yet.

Name: Kito Lauderdale
Pos: PF
Age: 22
Height: 6'9
Weight: 240
Potential: Limited
Projected: 2nd Overall
Scouting: Defence
My Thoughts: Sounds Like A Hakeem Warrick Or Stromile Swift, Lacks Height And Size.

Name: Chris Domi
Pos: PF
Age: 23
Height: 6'8
Weight: 238
Potential: Average
Projected: 3rd Overall
My Thoughts: In The Same Boat As Lauderdale, Lacking Height And Size, Might Be An Easy Push Over At The 4 Spot.

Name: Glen Hsu
Pos: PF
Age: 23
Height: 6'10
Weight: 228
Potential: Limited
Projected: Top 10
My Thoughts: Where Are The Prototype PF's Hiding At? Weighing At 228 And Being PF Is Ridiculous, Could Work At College Level But Not When Your Playing Duncan Or Nene. (Am I Being To Harsh With These Guys.)

Name: Okeli Sellers
Pos: PF
Age: 22
Height: 7'2
Weight: 271
Potential: Average
Projected: Top 20
My Thoughts: Went Down The List To Find Somone Who Could Possibly Fit In My Team. Top 20 And Lower Could Be In The Teams Draft Placing So I Might Just Be Able To Snag This Guy Come End Of Season.

I Am Scouting All Of Their Defense

Sprewell/Haislip Added Into Milwaukee Mix

Today At The Teams Before Season Press Conference The Milwaukee Bucks Unveiled Their Team For The 2005/06 Season With 2 Suprise Additions To The Lineup. Out Of Favour NBA Star Latrell Sprewell And Young Forward Marcus Haislip. Haislip Returning To The Club That Drafted Him 3 Years Ago And Now Has A Chance To Show The Bucks Faithfull Once Again That He Has What It Takes To Hold Down A Spot On The Roster. "I Was Called A Couple Days Earlier By Coach And I Nearly Fell Out Of My Chair, I Was Getting Myself Geared Up To Play In The NDBL." Said Hailsip. "I Never Thought In A Million Years That I'de Be Starting In The Team Let Alone Even Be On The Roster. I Am So Thankful To The Bucks And I Will Be Giving It The Full 100% Everynight, You Can Count On That"

While Haislip Will Be Starting In The Power Forward Spot, Latrell Sprewell Will Be Backing Up Long Range Bomber Michael Red At The Off Guard Spot. "Thank You Milwaukee For Looking Past My Reputation Off The Court And Counting On My Rep On The Court, I Dont Want To Take The Shine Off Mike (Redd) But When I Get My Minutes Im Going To Make The Most Of Them." Preview Of Opening Night Match Up Between Sixers And Bucks

Welcome Everybody To NBA TV Tonight We Preview The Philidelphia 76ers Hosting The Milwaukee Bucks. As We Count Down The Hours Until The Season Opener We Will Give You The Key Match Ups, Key Factors, Your Number 1 Draft Pick Andrew Bogut And The Final Prediction To Tomorrows Contest.

We Have Several Key Match Ups Tonight So Lets Get Stuck Right Into It:

We Will Start With The Two Shooters First Of All Kyle Korver And Michael Redd.

Image Vs Image

Both Guys Love Putting Up The 3's But You Would Have To Say Michael Redd Has The Advantage In This One With Him Being The More Consistant Shooter, Dont Count Out Korver Though He Is As Streaky As They Come, But Since It's The Start Of The Year And Guys Trying To Get Back In The Groove Of Things Im Expecting Redd To Put Up Atleast 20 Points And Take The First Of Our 3 Key Match Ups.

The Next Match Up We Will Be Looking At Is Last Years Most Improved Player Bobby Simmons Taking On AI Number 2, Mr Excitment, Andre Iguodala.

Image Vs Image

The Key Factor In This War Is Can Bobby Simmons Fly With Iguodala, Does He Have The Athletisism, Does He Have The Speed, What Milwaukee Will Be Concerned About Is If Pilly Have Their Fast Break Game Going And They Hit Iguodala On The Outlet Will He Be Able To Keep Up And Affect The Shot, Or Will He Be Another AI2 Poster? Battle Of Small Forwards Go To Andre Iguodala.

The Last Of Our 3 Key Match Ups Is The Point Guard. Last Years Scoring Winner Allen Iverson Facing Back From Injury TJ Ford.

Image Vs Image

This Match Up Hands Down Is Going To AI, No Doubt About It, The Only Way TJ Is Gonna Win This One Is If AI goes Down In The First Minutes, I'm Expecting AI To Score Atleast 30 Points, Rack Up 7 Assists And Run TJ Absolutly Ragged, Sorry Kid I Know Your Comming Back From Neck Surgery But AI Is In Another Class Of His Own No Matter Who You Are.

Moving On Now. He Will Be Making His Debut In A Matter Of Hours. He's The First Australian To Be Drafted Number 1, The First Australian To Win NCAA Player Of The Year, Led The Utah Utes Through The NCAA Tournament Last Year And Will No Doubt Be A Star In The Olympics Playing For Australia And In The NBA Playing For The Milwaukee Bucks.
The Stage Is Set For Him Tomorrow, Will He Fail Or Will He Succeed? Find Out Tomorrow When The Bucks And The Sixers Square Off 7:30 Eastern On NBA TV!

Image

We Are Just About Out Of Time But Before We Go My Prediction For Tomorrow Nights Game:

Philidephia 97 Vs Milwukee 73

POG: Iverson 37,4,8

Philly Have The Worlds Best Scorer On Their Team And Dont Be Suprised If You See C-Webb And Iguodala In The Points To, Sorry Michael Redd But You'll Play A Lone Hand.

Will This Happen Tomorrow Night? Only 1 Way To Find Out!! DONT MISS IT!

Thu Oct 13, 2005 1:56 am

man i agree with ck said, put dan and andrew at c and pf respectively, cause that is a sick combo, its like in my jazz dynasty with okur and bogut (traded for him), its a great combo and bogut is doing better at pf and c.

look foward to the game, do well[/img]

Thu Oct 13, 2005 7:28 am

whats bogut rated?(and why is everyone getting him on his team?...i know hes the 1nd draft pick...dont get me wrong..i nthink hes a great [layer

Thu Oct 13, 2005 3:35 pm

he is rated like 71

Disapointing Bucks Left In Sixer Wake

Fri Oct 14, 2005 12:00 am

Image Vs. Image

Welcome Everyone One To The After The Game Show. Tonight We Look Back At The Game You Just Watched Which Was The Philidephia 76'ers And The Milwaukee Bucks.

What Can I Say, Yours Truley Picked It Last Night To Be A Sixer W And I Picked The Player Of The Game But The Way It Turned Out Was Unexpected. AI Only Taking 12 Shots? Dalembert Put Up More Shots Than Him...Could There Be An Injury? There Wasnt Any Signs Of One..He Also Contributed With 11 Dimes, Maybe He Was In A Passing Mood Tonight.

3 Foul Outs? And Another Guy On 5? Stop The Reaching Guys, Let The Ball Come To You. But I Guess Thats Just Opening Night Nerves.

The Bench Players On Both Teams Had Little To No Impact, Mo Williams Comming Off The Bench Had The Same Or Even More Affect Than TJ Ford But Give The Kid A Couple More Games To Get Back Into The Groove, He Has Missed Out A Year Remember. And Mashburn Getting Into The Points As Well Scoring 10 Points From Just 13 Minutes And Is Tonights Winner Of The 6th Man Award.

Milwaukee Bucks

What Went Wrong?
Putting Uo Only 6 3-Point Attempts
2 Players Fouling Out
Marcus Haislip...Failed Experiment? He Did Grab 12 Boards
Dasmond Mason 1-1 FG's.....Come On Kid You Can Do ALot Better Than That
Just 4 Blocked Shots For The Game
Too Many Shots For Bogut 17 Shot Attempts Is To Much For A Rookie Center
No One Scoring 20 Points
13 Point 2nd Quarter

What Went Right?
Had The Same Amount Of Rebounds
Did'nt Allow Iverson To Steal The Ball

Philidelphia 76'ers

What Went Right?
6 Players Scoring Double Figures
Iverson Sharing The Ball
C-Webb Finally Getting Points On The Board
AI2 Working Hard On The Boards (14)
Shut Bucks Below 80 Points

What Went Wrong?
None, They Played A Terrific Basketball Game Tonight And Good Luck For The Rest Of The Season

That Ends Tonights Show, Hope To See You Tomorrow When Milwaukee Hopes To Bounce Back When They Take On The New Jearsey Nets. Goodbye Everybody!!

Nets Triple Combine For 62 Vs Bucks

Fri Oct 14, 2005 9:26 pm

http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/bucks/boxscore1.html

Bucks 86 Vs. Nets 101

This Wasnt The Way Milwaukee Hoped To Start Their Season Falling 0-2 To The Classy Nets, Jason Kidd, Vince Carter And Richard Jefferson Combining For An Amazing 62 Points.

Andrew Bogut Showed Glimpses Of Why He Was Drafted Number 1 Overall In Last Years Draft Picking Up 14 Points And 13 Rebounds With 5 Assists Also.

Michael Redd Showed Why He Is So Vital To This Bucks Line Up Going 10 From 22 From The Field Which Included 2 3's.

Point Guard TJ Ford Had A Good All Round Game Compiling 7 Points, 6 Boards, 7 Assists And 2 Steals.

Bucks Still Managing To Lost The Game Even Though They Shot A Better % From The Field And Grabbing More Rebounds But Some Say Milwaukee Is In Desperate Need Of Another Scorer With Only 3 Of Their Players Reaching Double Figures.

The Road Doesnt Get Any Easier For Milwaukee, They Have Another Away Game Against The 1-0 Nets Then The Day After Playing Against The Miami Heat.

Rumour Mill - Trade In The Works? Sprewell Out Of Favour?

Fri Oct 14, 2005 9:56 pm

Milwaukee In Market For Scorer

Rumours Have Come Out Of Milwaukee Today That The Bucks Are In The Market To Help Michael Redd With The Scoring Load. This Comes Into Light Where Only 3 Players Have Only Scored Double Figures In Each Of Their First 2 Games. It Has Been Known That The Managers Of Chicago's 6th Man Ben Gordon And Pacers Forward Steven Jackson Have Been Contacted...Even More Amazing Is That Jacksons Manager Was Contacted Hours After Their Devistating Loss To The Nets On Wednesday Night.

With These Name Thrown About It Leaves Players Like Desmond Mason, Latrell Sprewell And Toni Kukoc To Ponder Their Future At The Club Or If Infact They Themselves Have Been Involved With The Trade.

When Questioned About The Possible Trade The Out Of Form Sprewell Answered "Dont Be Stupid Man, Trade Rumors Are Just Rumors, Most Of The Never Happen Anyways So Lets Not Dwell On These Sorts Of Things, We Got More Imprtant Things To Acheive Like Winning Out First Game For The Year So Let Us Get Back To Our Practise Please"

Thanks For Reading The Rumor Mill, Hope To See You Again Tomorrow
