Signing staff Members
Just being fresh and new as a GM in Milwaukie I had to go and look for a Coaching staff to help me that year. I had to fill up the sport of Assistent coach,Trainer and Scout. I had some guys in mind to sign till I got this message from the Owner.
Image
Ok, so I only had a budget of $1.77 mil. to spent on my training staff. It made the journey a bit more interesting but still I had to find the right guys.

Assistent
Ok I had a good idea about what kind of assistent I wanted. I searched for someone who was good at both training in Offence and training in Defence because these are the basics of the game we call baskteball.I soon found some guy called Emanuel Stokes witch I never heard of but he was good on offence and defence but the problem was he wanted almost a million out of my budget. I decided to give him a call and offer him a 1 year 929K contract. Good for me he accepted it and wanted to work for our team but with a remaining budget of 839K I had to go find my 2 other staff members.

Image
Trainer
I needed a trainer two In case one of my players would get injured he could help them rehab. I did'nt have that great budget anymore so I decided to get a cheap trainer and just hope my players would'nt get severe injuries. Some guy called Tyler Gilmore gave me a Text message saying he would like to work for the team and did'nt want that great sum of money. So I gave him a contract offer of 250K and a contract length of 3 years. He dicided it was ok for him and also joined the staff.
Image
Scout
This was one of the things I desperatly needed because some of you guys know almost every year the Bucks get a top 5 pick in the draft. So a good scout was needed. I looked and I looked but could'nt find anyone who was good enough for the job till I found some Arabian guy called Nazr Samson who had some experiance scouting people for the Egyptian National team. he demanded at least 600K but I got away with it and gave him a 580K per year contract which he accepted and he flew right to america to come and work for us.

After some long days and making much hours I was happy with the coaching staff I managed to get for the Bucks. I sent an E-mail to the owner with the guys I've get and luckily he sent me a message back on my PDA he was happy with the guys I got. Happy I went to bed that night only thinking of the hard year to come to me with the Bucks.

you have to get at least 1 of each staff, but after that you can hire a max of two other staff from any category, totaling 5 staff.

Bucks lose to Rebounding Pacers
Oktober 28th,Indianapolis - Today the Indiana Pacers faced off agianst the Milwakee bucks in the season opener at Conseco fieldhouse. This should be an good Matchup for the Pacers because they face the new team of Australian number 1 pick Andrew Bogut. But what was supposed to be a good game only was a good first half for the Bucks. The bucks started very well with some good offensive flows of Point Guard Maurice Williams who tried to play like a real unselfish point Guard. He did a good job on that in the first half and got a lot of playing time. Aussie Bogut and Dutchie Gadzuric did a good job in the Bucks backcourt getting lot's of rebounds and finishing of on offence. The Pacers seemed to still be a little bit dozed of and did'nt do a good job on offence at all. Jermaine O'neal did'nt get the ball and Jamaal Tinsley thought he was Magic Johnson trowing no look passes and stuff like that. It was a very entertaining first half with a score of 46-45.

In the second half the Pacers gave a little bit more efford and fuelled the ball to there star player Jermaine O'neal. They took a easy lead and the Bucks were done for the night. The crowd got a little more in it and began cheering for the pacers after every basket. Andrew Bogut showed he was new to the game and went dry for some time in the second half. with double teams around him he could'nt do what he did the first half. At the end of the game when the final horn sounded the Pacers had won it by 95-78

Interesting facts
Image

-Jermaine O'neal only scored 14 points. 10 of those 8 of those 14 points were scored in the 4th quarter.
-The Indiana Pacers only had 9 fouls.
-Jasikevicius Is one of the best 3 point shooters in the league. But he did'nt attemp one 3 pointer in the game.

Image

- Dan Gadzuric scored a double-double he had 15 points and 10 rebounds.
-Maurice williams did'nt score a point while he played 15 minutes. He dished 8 assists.

Bucks Win from Eastern Champs after Overtime
November 2nt,Milwaukee - After the big lose a few days earlier the Bucks had to square off agianst the Eastern Conferance champs of the past 3 years in Milwaukee. This sounds like a impossible task but with Having the 2nd draft Pick Marvin Williams added to your lineup playing with 1st draft pcik Andrew Bogut and superstar Shooter Michael Redd this task all of a sudden sounds a bit more doable. In the first half the Pistons did there usual thing in defending well and being crazy on offense with the both Wallace's. They built up a big lead in the first half and nobody was suprised about this. But what happend in the 2nd half was Amazing. The Bucks took a charge with the fine tuned shooting of Michael redd who shot 8/16 from downtown. He scored 3 three pointers in the 3th quarter in a row witch gave the Bucks a little more hope. But I was'nt only the good offense of the Bucks what brought them back. no It was also very good defense from the bucks witch agve them the edge over the Pistons. At the end of regular time TJ Ford almost blew all the hope away by missing a shot. but Luckily Marv Williams was alert and grabbed the OR and scored it singlehanditly. In overtime we did a great job on defense with this young team and on offense Bogut and Williams showed why they are the top 2 rookies. at the end of overtime we had won with 111-103

Interesting facts
Image

-Marvin Williams grabbed 16 rebounds. of witch 9 offensive ones.
-TJ Ford had 8 assists.
-Josh Davis did'nt take a single shot.

Image
- Maurice evans scored 12 points in only 15 minutes.
-Chauncey Billups scored all of his 16 freetrows.
