Reason: Excessive spamming; repeated advertising of CD keys and illegal downloads in his sig and in the Pinoy thread. Reports NLSC activities to banned members, has broken too many rules to be ignored any longer.

And i have never seen a sig of his with illegal download links or watever was supposed to be in there.

So he must have changed since he got here because since ive been here(7 months almost) I havent seen anything he has done that would be considered 'rule-breaking'.

Well personally when I log on and see 50 new COOLmac posts, none of which make any sense at all, I consider it spam. This ban wasn't made by one person though, it had backing and such.

I know COOLmac's a nice guy and everything, but rules are rules. People complain and say that the mods should follow forum rules, well it's the same for "popular' posters. We're all under the same rules, and when I start posting shit about torrents or whatever you can ban me too.

Exactly, we've banned people for a lot less, Coolmac has been an exception for quite some time now. No matter how he justifies it, he was talking about illegal downloads and that's more than enough ground to ban him. The whole point is to stop piracy and Coolmac links the tools to go do it on his forum. That just makes it a whole lot better? Nopes.

Besides, it wasn't a decision made by one person alone. Which means there is more than a single person or two who see your behaviour the way we do.
