Notice that I didn't break any guidelines but brought facts to you of what you have been doing. I didn't offend you in any manner by bringing up the main reason of our argument before, did I? Cause if I did, you are supposed to stop making up other people comments so you don't get offended by doing it again.

I don't think that's a fact, since I'm a new user maybe like you are, I don't think this has anything to do with him calling your attention so many times. I believe is cause you are the one using those expressions or making up people's comments to look good, or the one who don't care to break the rules.

Also, I'm not one of those that used to post in the very mentioned old forum, the date you see I joined here, that's the date I started posting.

I was watching the General subject posts, there I saw your comments about music, using those words you lately have been using. In fact I also thought you were saying that kind of stuff to my friend MP3, however that just brought to my mind that you need to use that language to express yourself when is not needed.

Michael, I guarantee you this will work. Come & post your comments, use your own words to express your opinions, don't lie about other people comments, try not to use those words/expressions you started using since that day. I bet the fresh John Mullins won't have more trouble if you do that.

I assure you I am aware of the rules I set for the forum, and that I try to be as fair as possible. However, it has been the practice of the forum (even before the switch to phpBB) to be less tolerant of repeat offenders, and people who ignore the warnings of moderators/admins.

Also, when you sign up under multiple names and continue to flame, that isn't looked upon favourably either.

Calling someone ignorant in a discussion is not breaking the rules per se. They have been plenty of lively/heated discussions where forum vets have used the word ignorant.

Scubilete has called you an idiot before. That's pretty bland in comparison to the suggestions that he kill himself, that he and Clinton wish to engage in sexual activity, making up false quotes such as me expressing desire to receive oral sex from Scubilete...these are all things that you have done under one account or another. They are all there in other threads.

This quoting out of order, but it ties in with that I was about to say. Given your attacks on forum members, not just Scubilete, it's pretty fair that I didn't delete the John Mullins account straight away as I did with the others. If some re-enters the forum and behaves, I'm willing to give them a second chance. But you signed up again so many times just to continue a flame war. That is why you have been receiving a cold reception.

No special treatment is given to anyone who submits downloads. People who generally make good contributions to the forum but get caught up in a flame they didn't instigate are given the benefit of the doubt, and if necessary I'll say something privately. Although I try to treat everyone the same, as I said before repeat offenders/troublemakers and/or people who join the forum simply to cause unrest are not given as much rope.

If you want to keep posting, that's fine - a good forum is an active one with interesting discussions. But you're just going to have to avoid instigating these situations, stop malicious arguments, do not sign up for multiple accounts and do not demean other members. This is a private forum, so like a private club, it is within our right to grant and revoke membership according to our rules and policies.

I don't get any kind of kick out of deleting members. I'm just trying to keep peace. You can discuss, argue a point, and disagree without resorting to personal attacks. So please, let that be the way from now on.

Like I said, there's a difference between telling to go kill themselves, and the other things you have said. It's not unlike punishing criminals - if somebody exceeds the speed limit, they do not receive the same punishment as someone who has murdered someone.

And again, you are ignoring moderation. In my last post, I said to put an end to this discussion, which is no longer about Shawn Kemp and Karl Malone.
