While Kenny Smith and Stuart Scott were analyzing this year's Battle of LA, it was announced that Lakers center Vlade Divac has retired, but will remain as an assistant coach for the team.

The story will be reported in the new Los Angeles Chronicle newspaper.

the devean george for shaq was a shocker honestly...i was just playing around...

the reason i blew up the team was because i want to start the season with the actual Lakers roster.

the first OFF SEASON section was when i was playing "Season" mode

my 2005 dynasty was where i did all the other trades, and ended up going 14-0. but since my PS2 is gone, i had to stop the dynasty..so i made up the "STRIKE" story for it.

so now im "continuing" my 2005 dynasty and just making up stories on how the players like Kwame Brown came to LA

Shaq for Deaven is stupid, # 1 Shaq probally wouldnt go back to LA because of Kobe, #2 The Heat would NEVER do that. #3 How did u get salary to match?

Hey good call on the RED background fon the TV show, looks better then teh blue I had.

Also a good call on making ur own newpaper, it's good to have the dynasties be a bit different.

yea i wanted TNT to cover my dynasty...the thing is, i cant find a good pic of another TNT analyst so i just stayed with Stuart scott!

plus i was trying to find the proper newspaper effect...thats why i took out the LA Times

im starting my dynasty right away once i get hold of the game...

if the LA Lakers get Spree after i start my dynasty, then so be it...

I just have one tip on the newspaper effect, as far as the images you insert, try to decrease the saturation just a bit. Newspaper color ink really isn't vivid and bright.

Other then that, u're doing a smashing job.
