That's probably a program he uses, such as Windowsblind. The Apple bar at the bottom can be obtained on any computer customization sites, go to www.ose-x.com for Apple customizations for Windows. And then, the iPod and the calendar stuff, you can use Yahoo! Widgets if you're new to these stuffs. But if you're pro or know what you're doing, you can go to that site mentioned above to find better programs.
