CLEVELAND - The Cavaliers stayed alive with a tough 129-125 win over the Bulls in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Bulls trailed Cleveland by 11 points midway through the fourth quarter but clawed to within 4 after Amare Stoudemire rebounded a Luol Deng miss and fed Bo Outlaw, who dished to Dwyane Wade for a fast break dunk with 1:34 left. After Eric Piatkowski missed a short hook, Stoudemire rebounded the ball and got the ball back from Wade for a dunk to cut the Cleveland lead to 125-123 with 1:06 left.
But Drew Gooden made a baby hook shot with 50.7 seconds remaining to put the Cavs back up four. Tractor Traylor blocked an Outlaw layup but Colicky Boy stole the ball from Traylor on a double-team. Wade then fed Outlaw to close the gap to 127-125 with 18.6 seconds left. Traylor was intentionally fouled and made both foul shots to finish off the Bulls.

"They played great tonight," said Stoudemire, who scored a game-high 55 points with 11 rebounds. "We just couldn't pull through in the end."
The Bulls got 25 points, 14 boards and 7 assists from LeBron James. Dwyane Wade added 14 points and 9 assists. And Colicky Boy had 23 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists.
The Bulls were without Dirk Nowitzki for the second straight game. Already banged up with a sprained ankle, Nowitzki also sprained his shoulder with 9:36 to go in the second quarter and did not return. He is expected to play Sunday but his play will likely be affected by the injuries.
Cleveland got 42 points and 7 assists from Kirk Hinrich, as well as 21 points from Jeff McInnis, his first significant contribution for the Cavaliers. Zydrunas Ilgauskas got 10 points and 7 rebounds; Drew Gooden got 18 points and 8 rebounds. Luol Deng had 15 points, and Eric Piatkowski chipped in with 11 points and 8 assists.
"They're a great team," said former Bull Deng. "But we're not just going to lay down for them."

Cleveland led most of the game. In fact, they went into the thrid quarter leading the Bulls for the first time this series. Yet, it mattered not in the end, as the Bulls recovered to win 102-97 at the United Center and win the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Bulls were down by 12 in the first quarter and by as many as 22 in the second before ending the first half down 18. The Bulls inched to only a 3-point deficit by the end of the third quarter and took the lead down the stretch.
LeBron James made 5 of 6 foul shots in the final 21 seconds to seal the win. James finished with a game-high 32 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists.

"I guess they were playing with us earlier in the game," said a dejected Kirk Hinrich, who led the Cavs with 25 points and 5 assists. "They turned it on in the end and finished us off."
Amare Stoudemire got 30 points and 4 boards for the Bulls. Dwyane Wade only had 6 points, but had 6 rebounds and a game-high 9 assists. Colicky Boy had 19 points, a game-high 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Dirk Nowitzki was held to 11 points and 5 boards.
Cleveland lost despite six players in double figures (Ilgauskas with 12 and 6; Drew Gooden with 10 and 5; Luol Deng with 13, Eric Piatkowski with 12; Hinrich's 25 and Jeff McInnis adding 11).
"This is what we wanted all along...a chance at the NBA championship," said Stoudemire. "It's here now."
The Bulls face the winner of the Denver-San Antonio series, currently tied 2-2 with Game 5 in San Antonio.
