:: 1st Quarter ::

Lakers dominated from start. Kobe Bryant and Lamar Odom were doing well. Josh Smith, starting as PF, scored 6 points by the end of the quarter while Marvin Williams grabed 3 boards and Joe Johnson assisted 2 times. Secure 26-18 lead for the Lakers at the end.

:: 2nd Quarter ::

Atlanta won almost every rebound in this period. It resulted with 28-28 but Bryant and especialy Odom with couple of mid range shots bring the lead back for LA. Smith scored 6 more points for the Hawks.

:: 3rd Quarter ::

Smith exploded in this quarter. He ended with 20 points and 7 rebounds and was crucial player for Atlanta's lower deficit at the end. On the other side, Kobe took leading role again, ending this period with 21 points and Bynum was leader in rebounds for LA with 6.

:: 4th Quarter ::

With 14-4 run, the Hawks took the lead with Josh Smith confidence on offense and defense. Bryant was shut down to only 7 points. Others were powerless and couldn't be able to do break. In free throw finish, Williams and Smith ensure Atlanta's win. it was 88-80 at the end.

:: Players's corner ::

"We were team. And that's how we won't to stay. With healthy Al (Harrington) we can beat anyone, and we showed that. Our only problem is constancy. But I'm sure we'll be better, it's only half of the season" said Josh Smith.
