Could somebody list the remaining Live 2000 patch sites?

Does anybody have like a comprehensive list of the remaining sites? I'm just starting to look for patches again. I know a lot of them sut down. What are the best sites that are still up and running? If somebody could give me some I wouldn't think of, that'd be great.
