I was never really interested in dynasty mode, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I started with Andrew's rosters and am controlling the Raptors. I'm simulating all the games with the exception of the odd few, so I'm going through the dynasty fairly quickly.
I'm currently in year 2010. Last year I made it to the East finals which is the farthest the team has gone. (Although if I were playing the games myself, I probably would've won the championship every year, regardless of the roster).
I try to make mostly realistic trades. I'm like the only team that has maintained cap space. Everyone else seems to be like 20M+ over the cap. I guess they'll start getting room when their superstar players retire.

The Gervaise Hughes story is kinda funny. I was drafting 3rd overall that year, but I wasn't expecting to draft that high so I didn't really have any scouting reports. I just took the top guy available. He turned out to be a skinny 6-3 white guy LOL. Funnier still, he just so happens to have MAD HOPS. The guy is deadly, haha.
