How can i stop Mutombo from retireing?

It's the same every time. Mutombo is always going to retire after the first season. As he is one of my favourite players i would like to have Mutombo for another year in my roster. Is it possible to stop him from retiring? What could i do? Thanks for your help.

Yeh, that should help because when a player retires, it goes by how old they are

And for the record, there's no age column; you'll need to edit his date of birth. More info can be found here.
