The Nets lose to the Suns, GM thinks of rebuilding

STARTING LINEUPS
New Jersey Nets
N.Kristic
C.Robinson
R.Jefferson
V.Carter
J.Kidd

Phoenix Suns
A.Stoudemire
S.Marion
J.Jackson
R.Bell
S.Nash

The teams were fairly close to each other, until the 4th quarter. The Nets just quit and didn't do much, except for Carter. He was the only one fighting there in the 4th quarter, but if the team wants to win, the should play, not relying on one player. Vince had 38 ponits and 1 rebound. Jason Kidd wasn't at the top of his game again with only 11 points and 5 asissts. Steve Nash was the best player on the Suns team with 29 points and 4 asissts. Amare was player of the game with 24 points and 14 rebounds. The Nets GM is starting to think about rebuilding the team.

With two losses, one of them to the Suns you shouldn't be too worried and be thinking about rebuilding. Give it some time, good luck next game.

HUGE TRADE!!!

Golden State Gets:

New Jersey Gets:

After 2 horrible loses New Jersey Nets GM was looking to move Cliff Robinson and Krstic for a trade, because he wasn't really happy with their performance.

"3 players can't carry the team, they have to help out" - said GM today.

Troy Murphy and Ike Diogu are very good front court players and they will help the team a lot. The Nets had to add McInnis, in order for trade to work. But the Nets still have a good point guard back up - Planicic.

"I'm very happy to be part of the Nets Organization"- Diogu told the press today. Diogu, a rookie from Arizona State, was drafted 9th in 2005 Draft by Golden State. He averaged about 20 points a game for Arizona State. Murphy played for Golden State for 4 years and had some good stats, he averaged 15 points a game last season and was their main "go to guy" inside.

"I hope that this my last time playing for Nets, I didn't enjoy palying for them at all" - said Robinson to press.

" I understand that this is NBA and I just have to agree with that" - said Krstic.

"I'd like to welcome Troy and Ike to the team and wish them both to have a great year" - said Nets GM.

PG Jason Kidd

Orlando Magic
C Kelvin Cato
PF Dwight Howard
SF Grant Hill
SG Hedo Turkoglu
PG Steve Francis

After the trade with Golden State the GM was hoping to see a win from the Nets. And the Nets won. It was an easy win for the Nets, because Steve Francis got injured in the 1st quarter and wasn't able to come out on the floor for the whole game. The Nets were leading most of the game and never gave their opponent a chance for a comeback. Jason Kidd had a good game recording 24 points and 12 steals! Troy Murphy and Ike Diogu also had a double double with 12 points and 10 rebounds for Murphy, 12 points and 4 rebounds for Ike, respectively.Vince Carter scored 20 points, and Jefferson got 8. There isn't much to say about Magic. Turkoglu got 29 and Hill got 26. Dwight Howard had a horrible game with 4 points, but got 12 rebounds. The Nets go home with 1-2 record.

It was a tough night for Richard Jefferson it seems, hitting only 3-for-13. But Kidd, VC and your new frontcourt picked up the slack. Murphy and Diogu combined for 26 points and 22 Rebounds - way to start off with a new team! (Y)

Now if only you could add some shotblocking to your team, you could go very far! (Y)
