Th trade would invlove the Miami Heat and the Pheonix Suns:

Miami Heat Trade: - Shaquille O'Neal and Jarrett Jack
Pheonix Suns: - Amare Stoudamire and Joe Johnson

Please let me know if I should do this trade. I am in my 3rd season and i signed Shaq to a 1 y 13.59 M deal. Im 3-1 in my 3rd year so Shaq is agin. maybe he did a 1 year because this is his last year he wants to be in a Heat uni??? lease let me know THanks

It's quite likely Shaq will retire, he'll certainly be on the way down. Doesn't sound like too bad a deal to me.

Yeah I would do that trade right way. Shaq is getting old and in return you get 2 young atletic guys.

I wouldn't do it just because I would feel a duty to Shaq to have him retire in a Heat jersey and get his jersey retired

Do the trade. Give Dwayne Wade (assuming you still have him) 2 guys his age to start an incredible dynasty with.

I just did the same trade in my 3rd year with the Suns. I traded Nash and a 2nd year phenom called Kebu Benjamin for Shaq and Dooling. My new Suns line-up looks like this now
C Shaq
PF Amare
SF Marion
SG Richardson
PG Barosa

Bench

C Lee(2nd year monster shot blocker and rebounder)
C Hunter (monster shot blocker again 96 at moment)
PF Clark
SF Korver
SF McCarty
SG Zaare (2nd year 72 rating and on the up)
PG Dooling

Problem I found though is exactly what you said about Shaq going downhill. Towards the end of his career he drops to about a 85 which is still quite good. I simmed 4 seasons last night and didn't save and now I'm thinking of trading Shaq up for a good young Center and someone else whilst he's still worth a bit and Richardson for a good PG. I ike to play Marion at the 2 spot alot so with Zaare, Richardson is expendable. Any ideas for a trade would be great. So back to you, Shaq is good for a few more seasons but it may be worth trading him up for 2 good young guys.
