Actually that tutorial teaches how to CREATE a new jersey, not how to add a new jersey without replacing the existing ones... But I'll ask someone how to do that.

I think conrad noes the people that made the concept jerseys, why dont you ask him to ask them for you.

the 'Creating New Jerseys Tutorial' does show you how to add a jersey, just read it carefully
basically, you:
- copy the .viv file of the jersey that has the numbers you want from the NBA Live 2005\sgsm\uniforms file
- rename it to a name not in use (ie. if you're making the philly 86 home jersey, you name the file 'philc86h')
- open the file, export all 5 files inside, rename them the same as the .viv file
- open the .fsh file, import the new jersey, save and close the .fsh
- open the .viv file again, import the 5 renamed files, delete the old files, compress and rebuild the new files
- copy the new .viv file to the NBA Live 2005\sgsm\uniforms file
- do a bit of teamgear.dbf editing, as outlined in the tutorial

the tutorial to create the preview is located on the same page as the creating new jerseys one. just remember that when you make the preview (it's similar to adding a jersey - you have to copy an existing file and edit it) you have to use the corresponding preview to the jersey you originally copied
