How do you add Rookies?

In the Franchise Mode how do you add rookies into the Draft? Ive given up on NBA LIVE 2003 and im coming back to Live 2000 and I want to add Lebron and Carmelo etc. Thank you.

Create a player as desired. Then, edit the following attributes:
ISGENERATE - Change to True
TEAM - Change to 39 (Rookie Pool)
ORIGTEAM - Change to 39
ROSTERPOS - Change to 0
You can also fill in the various rookie strengths, weaknesses, rank etc. Consult the Players.dbf editing Guide for more details.
