It's a little bit misleading because something like vertical leap is more important than being able to catch but cool all the same.

Weight: 49Kg = 100 and something LB

Speed (how fast are you): 10

Strength (how strong are you): 5
Vertical (how high can you jump): 10

= 71

Average Athlete

EDIT *copies CB4*

*while eating chocolate bar types this:*

Speed: I am the fastest player on my team but for some reason I can't hold my speed together for 100m.

Agility: I have nice footwork, I can switch directions quite nicely without falling over

Acceleration: My acceleration is really great (so i think)

Strength: My arms and upper body down to my waist is like mediocre, my leg strength is okay.

Vertical: I can jump pretty high, I can nearly touch the ring and I dunk at home

Hands: I'm not that good with my hand eye co-ordination, so catching at 6 might be a bit high, but I can catch the incoming ball so dno :?

Reflexes: i can react quickly enough on the run yet its not super

Natural Athleticism: my dad is a stump, but he played baseball. mother's side of family are tall but im taller than my mum :?

CoOrdination: Im unco

Endurance: this is tricky, i run full ball then im stuffed, but like wen im stuffed i can find enough energy to sprint the whole court :?

71-80: Average Athlete

51-60: Poor Athlete
00-50: Terrible Athlete

90 = Good Athlete

EDIT*

Reasonings ...

Speed - I have competed in many 100 metre and 200 metre dashes. I have never came in first in my school but around top 3 all the time.

Agility - Footwork is great in basketball

Acceleration - I go fast when i get really pissed off. Sometimes i go to fast am in "that zone".

Strength - For my age am considered strong. Strong in heart and strong physically. My goal was for this summer to pump up some iron.

Vertical - I also been working on my verticle this summer so that i can dunk with a real bball instead of a lil nerf ball. I can say my verticle is decent.

Hands - All I know is that I can catch and I got no butterfingers

Reflexes - I have good reaction. All my buddies and people say i do due to my blocking skills. I got really good timing.

Natural Athleticism - My family is really athletic. Everyone has done really good in a sport they played in and was really into it. I play many sports but stick with Basketball and Soccer.

Coordination - I got good enough senses.

Endurance - This part is one of my weaknesses. I tend to have little endurance but i can stand the pain. I worked on it this summer as well.

Those are compared to other people around my age. You'd be surprised watching me play football though. I tackled a kid so hard I knocked him out cold for 10 seconds. It was funny

It's hard to be objective, but anyhow...

81 - above average athlete.

Edit: I just wanted to add this - when I gave myself these grades, I thought of me as a normal human being. So if I wrote 10 in the 'vertical' column, I tried to say that I'm in the upper echelon of the non-athletes. My vertical is 30 inches, so guys like Josh Smith (39,5'') would have a grade in the neighourhoof of 15 :).

89: Good Athlete

Reasonings:

Speed: Used to run in the city's 100m and team relay. Always came in between 5th and 7th
Agility: I destroyed a guy with a crossover once. I think it's legit enough :D
Acceleration: I like to slash through the lane and go for fastbreaks; my natural abilities enables me to do that. I'm a really good scorer.
Strength: I played power forward for a year mainly for that reason.
Vertical: I used to dunk on ten foot nets at this height till I got jumper's knee.
Hands: Sometimes I get butter fingers, so I can't rate myself high for that one.
Reflexes: I'm quick as a cat on the court, but when it comes to say, fighting, I'm probably gonna get wasted.
Natural Athleticism: I can play pretty much any sport. I suck at soccer, but I managed to score 6 goals in gym class one day.
Coordination: I think this goes hand in hand with athleticism too, so I'm pretty good at weaving around and such. I can even walk in a straight line if I'm pissed drunk.
Endurance: I always came in first when it came to the full gym class marathon that took place once a month.

I'm done with my ego regurgitation.

89- Good Athlete.

Speed: I'm pretty fast, I used to run in the morning every day for 3 or 4 miles.

Agility: This is one of my specialties, I can stop on a dime and swith directions. I'm really good at Michigans.

Acceleration: I can get up to speed pretty quickly, it sort of goes with the agility part.

Strength: My arms are pretty above average, my legs are pretty above average, I worked out in my high school's gym all the time, I'm a little out of shape atm because I haven't worked out in a week or so.

Vertical: I have natural jumping abilities, don't ask me why. I could dunk when I was 16.

Hands: I have to have good hands, I've played with some quick passing point guards. Plus I'm a catch and release player a lot of the time.

Reflexes: Pretty decent reflexes, same reason as hands.

Natural Athleticism: I used to play baseball, basketball and football. But I dropped football sophomore year, and baseball junior year. I was mostly a bench rider on both of those teams, but I made the teams, so I guess I'm pretty natural.

CoOrdination: I have good coordination, I think it runs in the family, my mom was a professional dancer for a very long time, and she does personal training and pilates for a living now.

Endurance: Not nearly as good as it used to be, but I can run pretty far for a long time. I don't really get tired playing basketball very often.
