since habbakuk has already given it away, yes, it is a man from Mexico....his/her "name" is Miriam and she starred in a British reality show called "There's Something About Miriam" where they got a bunch of straight guys (I do doubt that though after watching some of the show) and they all competed for Miriam's affections and the prize at the end, all the while not knowing that she was actually a he....some of them cottoned on to this and joked about what if Miriam was a man....
on a side note, she also appeared in Australian Big Brother 4 last year....and Frizy knew she was a man straight off the bat....
