Lakers 98-89 Mavericks
T-Mac has done it again. The Lakers went in and trailed by double digits by the end of the first half. LA then picked up the tempo and scored 30 points in the 3rd and 4th quarters to defeat the Mavericks 98-89. T-Mac ran the Lakers offensive game by putting down 27 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, 7 steals and dishing out 6 assists. Curry followed suite and registered 22 points and grabbing 9 rebounds. Odom played very well after some poor performances and showed his true color with 21 points and 9 rebounds. Caron Butler scored 16 points and also grabbed 9 rebounds. Jason Terry led the Mavs by putting down 22 points, Finley put down 18 points and Dirk went away with 16 points, obviously Curry, Odom and Mihm did a good job in the low post containing him. The Lakers are now 5-1 in the season and will be looking for another victory against KG and the Timberwolves.

Lakers 84-85 Timberwolves

The Lakers fell to the Timberwolves who proved to be the better team. By the end of the 3rd quarter the Lakers were trailing by double digits. The quickly mounted a comback but it was not enough to secure the win. KG was a monster down low who had his way with Odom and Curry to a lesser extent. However it was Odom that led LA's offensive effort with 21 points and 15 rebounds, T-Mac followed with 20 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Curry went away with 11 points and 8 rebounds while Butler settled for 16 points. Cassell led the T-Wolves offensive game with 20 points and 7 assists while KG went away with 17 points and 11 rebounds. This gives the Lakers 5-2. The Lakers will look to offset this loss when they meet the Nuggets in Denver.

Lakers 95-74 Nuggets
Odom came big for the Lakers in their win against the Nuggets. He pretty much had his way with any player that guarded him which included K-Mart, Camby and Nene coming away with 32 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Curry and McGrady followed with 17 points a piece, Curry came down with 10 rebounds while McGrady grabbed 5 rebounds, 9 assists and 3 steals. Butler settled for 8 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals...not one of his finest performances but we all know he can do much better. Melo led the Nuggets with 24 points and 7 rebounds, Lenard and Miller came up with 12 points a piece, K-Mart had 10 points and grabbed 14 rebounds while Camby left with 5 points and 9 rebounds. Now the Lakers stand at 6-2 and will give it everything it has when it faces the Cavaliers.

Lakers 92-90 Cavaliers
The Lakers came away with a narrow win over Cleveland thanks to the heroics of Odom...again. Odom picked up the offensive game for the Lakers and went away with 25 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, dished out 5 assists and recorded 5 steals. Butler followed with 17 points and 12 rebounds a much better performance than his previous match against the Nuggets. McGrady had an off night shooting below 40% from the field. He left with 13 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, dished out 6 assists and recorded 2 steals. Curry and Ridnour left the court with 9 points a piece. King James and Drew Gooden led the Offensive effort for the Cavs scoring 20 points a piece. Big Z and Jackson left the court with 8 points a piece. Thsi victory give the Lakers 7-2 and will be looking to extend this 2 game winning streak when they meet the Pistons.

Scouting Report
The scouts have come back and have the following to report concerning the three players that were scouted...

C Bashiri Braggs 7' 1' (Late Second Round) 21yrs Potential-Excellent
Bashiri is good at his free throws, inside scoring, dunk and strength but could use some work in his dribble, field goal, pass, 3pt, offensive rebounds and offensive awareness.

SF Jermaine Waller 6' 9' (Undrafted) 21yrs Potential-Excellent
Jermaine is good at his field goal, 3pt, free throw, dunk and blocks but however needs to work on his inside scoring, passing, offensive awareness and dribble.

PG Max Keenan 5' 11' (Undrafted) 20yrs Potential-Excellent
Max is good in his free throws, dunk and passing but needs to work on his field goal, 3pt, inside scoring, offensive awareness, dribble and speed.

Scouts will be sent again to look closely at their defensive games.

Depending on our needs at the end of the season, the team will be looking to draft one of the three if not two of the three due to the high level of potential from each player.

Great Dynasty. Good luck to you.

Thanks man...a good bunch of basketball is strategy and knowing the game, however luck also plays an important role in the game, thanks *Sensation*.

Looks good so far...good luck

Yeah so far things are looking up and I don't see myself trading players yet. Everyone is a consistent player either in offense, defense or both.

Great scouts

Yeah, the scouts I think did a good job...I chose for those three to be scouted because out of all the people available they had the highest amount of potential and that is what I need from players if they are to be part of the Lakers organization.

Lakers 106-95 Pistons
A fiery McGrady (POG) stepped up his play in the 4th quarter to lift the Lakers over the Pistons. McGrady with 5 PF and 13 points by the 4th quarter scored 9 points extra to give the Lakers their 3rd consecutive win. McGrady left the court with 22 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. The Wallaces totally dominated the low post and greatly limited Curry and Odom's production. Curry pulled away with 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds while Odom came up with 13 points, 6 rebounds and dished out 5 assists. Sheed led the Pistons offensive battle putting down 26 points and grabbing 5 rebounds. Rip came away with 20 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists, Prince left with 15 points 4 rebounds and 4 assists, Ben Wallace came away with 12 points and 16 rebounds and Billups came away with 11 points. The Lakers now stand at 8-2 and will be looking to extend this streak when they meet the Trailblazers.

The Pistons where a tough nut to crack but fortunately I have a tough nut cracker. We were trailing by double digits but McGrady and surprisingly Eddie Robinson were the spark plugs that we needed. Those two started a run in which other players followed. That was how I got away with the victory.

You won. GO T-MAC and PHIL JACKSON

Those two would make an exceptional combination like Phil and Jordan did back in the day. But their work so far is good and I intend to keep them on thesame team for a long time or think for a whole day before I even suggest trading T-Mac. :D

Good win against the Pistons

I wouldn't have won if T-Mac didn't get hot from the field, thesame with Eddie Robinson.

Lakers 95-84 Trailblazers
Thanks to the heroics of Odom and McGrady, the Lakers pulled a win over the Portland Trailblazers. Odom went away with 26 points, 9 rebounds, dished out 2 assists and recorded 2 steals while T-Mac came up with 25 points, 12 rebounds, dished out 2 assists and 1 steal. Curry still with his consistent play came away with 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Butler went away with 9 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists, not one of his finest but I feel its a little too early to be judging him. Randolph led Portland's offensive game with 22 points, 9 rebounds and dished out 4 assists, Anderson followed with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals, D-Miles came away with 11 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks while Stoudamire went away with 8 points. The Lakers now stand at 9-2 and will be looking to extend their run when they meet the Knicks.

Lakers 99-79 Knicks
The Lakers come up with a double digit victory over the New York Knicks. The architect of this defeat was Odom who posted 21 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished out 6 assists and recorded 2 steals. Odom more or less had his way with players in the low post both offensively and defensively which shows in his production this night and in the production of players he guarded. Butler followed suite and scored 18 points, grabbed 4 rebounds, dished out 5 assists and 2 steals. Curry continued with his level of consistency and scored 15 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and 2 blocks. McGrady had an off night with 13 points, 4 rebounds, dished out 5 assists and had 3 steals. Quentin Richardson led New York's offensive game with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists, Crawford followed up with 16 points, 4 assists and 2 steals. C. Frye and J. williams both left the court with 5 points and 9 points respectively while Marbury came away with 7 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. The Lakers now stand at 10-2 and will look to continue this winning streak when they meet KG and the T-Wolves for a second time this season.
