Red is your favorite color, eh? Too much red, imo. The pictures are a little awkward on the sides, in quality of resolution and color, and in cropping. The type isn't the best selection, and it doesn't work well being integrated with the background. You should try to play with various color, tone, and image placement because that one doesn't really work.

You could make a color that's part of the jersey, like black or white which are part of the Bulls colors.. or a varying range of red-greyish reds.
