Online Cheating Possible?

Ok I really don't want to know so that I can cheat. But I would like to know in what ways do people cheat when playing others online? I've researched and tryed to figure it out myself, but I've learned nothing. Does anyone have answers for me?

i played 2 ranked games so far and i just got online. 1st game was fine we both finished the game. 2nd game i played this guy who quit in the 3rd quarter and after the game i got the loss and he had the nerved to message me GG! thats BS (N)

online. with cheaters, lag, and cheap play, ive given up on 05. i know how the cheaters cheat... its pretty bad how people play this game for "fun" yet play so competitive that they have to cheat. and most people on easo play like 24/7 anyways. easo just keeps getting worse each year.

I don't play online myself so I'm not the most knowledgable in my regard, but it seems that disconnections and cheap steals on inbounds passes are the most common methods of cheating amongst online players.

Well I wasn't really referring to that...I mean stealing a pass on an inbound is not cheating...It's a part of basketball as much as talking trash is...I was talking more like people disconnecting and they still get the win...Things like that I do not understand...

P.S. If you don't play online...What exactly are yall always talking about then? Please reply

Agreed, though many online leagues consider constantly lurking in the backcourt to steal the inbounds pass a cheap strategy.

my suggestino to u tyboodro is to keep playing if your opponent ever quits... the person that quits the game first gets the loss. i dont know why it works this way but u shouldnt quit a game if he tries to make a disc. error. i really do hope that nba live online wont have laggy servers next year-thats all im really hoping for.
