help using db commander

Hello guys, I was trying to add the players of euroleague 2005 mod to the roster of andrew and use them as free agents. But it will be too long to alter every row so I can put them on team 50, now is there a way to use the alter table to modify all the values of a column, for example the team and origteam column. I will be nice to also for example reduce a rating for all players by a number. For example downgrade the block rating by 10 for all players.

well i figured out by miself this sql statement if you want to know :

update players.dbf set team = 50;

The problem I have know is that some players will have false height values in the game but when you see the value in db commander it's a good value. I imagine it's a database corruption but I don't know how to fix it. I used copy append to copy all the players I also checked that every players had a different playerid.
