I'm well built.. but it's not all muscle.. in fact 95kg is really the weight I've been for the past couple of years.. my ideal weight is 83 there abouts.. more if I'm doing weights.. to be completely honest over the holidays (3 monthers for uni) I packed on the kgs I regret to say.. went up to 110kg (fking scary.. but this is what happens to computer scientists when they forget to excercise).. you wouldnt think it to look at me because I've got a fair amount of muscle.. built like a brick shit house.. but I'm jogging, eating well, drinking water, and doing weights now and I'm onto a good thing.. down to 105kg in the space of a week.. not really a fan of rapid weight gain or loss.. but hey

last semester I was playing basketball with mates at 110.. fuck man could I box out..
