National Teams RosterV1.2

I updated the roster.............

Added 5 new players
Corrected some player names that where wrong
Adjusted a few ratings
Updated the readme with a few more players that have faces available.
Color changes.

Remember when adding a new roster, you don't have to install any of the other pieces to the patch, just this roster................... for faces you don't have to re-install them but you will have to run the .bat files again.

This update should be up, later today.

Also Logos V1.1 is up, this will correct a couple of the load logos.

also changed : Alain Digbeu, but only the bat file has change. this doesn't look anymore for Alain DigbeAu but Alain Digbeu

well, we are getting some trouble with it but a solution may be found quickly. I think (and I hope) that we will release it in a few days
