A couple of newb questions:

-what program should I use for patching?
-if gonna go franchise, have to tweak the rookies right? wuts easiest way to do this?

I use the combination of the NBA Live 2001 Toolkit (MS Access 97 version) and DB Commander.

Do not used the Tweaked Rosters for Franchise play, they are not suitable with Franchise Mode.
